SEO retainers start from $500 per month. We offer month-to-month billing with no long-term contracts—you stay because of results, not obligation. Each package includes keyword research, on-page optimisation, technical SEO, and monthly reporting. Higher tiers include link building and content creation.

Medical billing is performance-based at 6% of collections. There are no upfront fees, no monthly minimums, and no per-claim charges. We only get paid when you get paid—which means our incentives are perfectly aligned with your revenue growth. Optional credentialing services are quoted separately.

No. Transparent pricing is one of our core values. Your quote covers everything listed in the proposal. Items not included in project fees are: domain registration, hosting subscriptions, and third-party software licences (email tools, payment processors, etc.)—these are standard pass-through costs you’d pay directly.

Yes. You can choose from: 5% discount for one-time full payment, 50/50 split (50% upfront, 50% at launch), or a 3–6 month instalment plan with a small processing fee. We also work with a financing partner for 12–24 month payment options on larger projects.

Hosting is not included in the project fee—you’ll pay hosting directly to your chosen provider. This keeps your ongoing costs transparent and ensures you fully own your infrastructure. We recommend fast, reliable hosts and can guide you through setup. Domain registration follows the same approach.

Yes. Every website includes a CMS (Content Management System) and a training session so you can update text, images, and blog posts yourself without touching code. If you’d rather hand off ongoing updates to us, our maintenance retainer covers that.
